As part of the reservation services offered on this website, we collect only the data strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the service, namely: the user’s pseudonym and email address provided during checkout.
This data is used exclusively for:
- registering the sector;
- limiting reservations to one per email address;
- sending information related to the reservation, including the certificate.
The email address and pseudonym are essential elements of the service, as the zone reservation system relies on them. By making a reservation, you agree to the processing of this data, and its use cannot be disputed within the scope of the website’s operation.
Additionally, as part of the website’s technical operations, some technical data, including IP addresses, may be automatically recorded and stored for security, technical administration, and abuse prevention purposes.
This data is stored for the period necessary for website operation and reservation management, and in any case for no more than three years. After this period, we may contact users at the email addresses provided to confirm the extension of the data storage time to preserve the reservation on the map. If there is no response or the extension is declined, the data will be deleted within a reasonable time, and the relevant sector will become accessible again.
However, you may request the deletion of your data (email address and pseudonym) in advance, after completing a reservation. To do so, you must send a request from the same email address used during checkout to our contact email. Contact details can be found on the “ABOUT” page or via the “CONTACT” link available in the site’s menu.
We process such requests within 12 to 48 hours of receiving the message.
Please note that upon deletion of your data:
- the associated reservation will be cancelled;
- the reserved zone will become available again;
- the certificate received during the reservation will remain with you.
We do not sell, share, or otherwise use your data for commercial purposes with third parties.
Some data (pseudonym and email address) may be temporarily stored locally in your browser (local storage) to improve the user experience, particularly during the verification process. This data remains exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to external services.
Important: the website does not yet use full HTTPS encryption. As a result, data transmission may be less secure. We recommend that you take this into account and avoid entering sensitive information beyond what is strictly necessary for making a reservation.
This policy is governed by French law.
However, this does not deprive users of any rights granted to them under the mandatory provisions of the laws of their country of residence.
